2015年GoDaddy Domain Backorder域名抢注失败如何退款?我有一个2011年抢注失败的订单,现在想退款,在网上看了很多教程,发现都是要求发邮件给Godaddy,于是我就发了封邮件给Godaddy:

Hello sir, I have one public backorder credit,I have many times of unsuccessful backorder.So I canceled it.Please refund it to my Alipay Account. Customer ID: 33208XXX Receipt ID: 226745XXX Thanks.

很快收到GoDaddy回信:

Dear Kaixuan Ge, This notice is to inform you that the items listed below have been deleted from your 33208XXX account: Domain Backorder: New Monitor Account If you feel this action has occurred in error or you need further assistance: • Visit: GoDaddy Support • Phone: (480) 505-8877 Thanks again for being a GoDaddy customer. 大意应该是:我删除了抢注域名的订单,如有问题请访问支持中心或者电话联系Godaddy。打电话比较困难,所以我选择了访问支持中心,找到了在线客服,坑爹的客服,要我等十分钟接通,一位叫Brianna的客服接待了我,并且告诉我We cannot refund Backorders after 30 days. We can however, apply that as a Store Credit if you wish to cancel,意思是超过30天就不能退款了,但是可以转入In-Store Credit账户来支付域名续费等款项。所以想要GoDaddy Domain Backorder退款的亲们注意了,需要在30天内申请退款才能直接退回你的支付账户。
